Meet Brittany! Health and Wellness Coach, Entrepreneur and Inspirational Person
What type of business are you in/Describe your business.

A health and fitness coach that helps people achieve their goals, teaches them to live healthy lives and also work on myself in the process.

It can be really difficult to have the motivation and drive to consistently show up day to day – what is your advice to stay in the game, to keep going, to avoid burnout and staying in for the long haul.
Its definitely not easy finding motivation everyday. But I know I feel so much better when I fuel my body with good foods and get a good sweat in. I also know that I have people who look to me as a role model. Even if they aren’t my challengers, I have people counting on me to show up everyday. So in a way that extra drive for me to not give up because I want to show people it can be done.
How did you get started in your field.
I actually was Facebook friends with a girl I met in college. We got married a month or so apart and I saw how happy and amazing she looked. So I naturally started following her journey. When she posted about a potential business opportunity I knew I had to know more. Listened to a call that night and the rest is history. I have been a coach for 2 ½ years now.
How do you de stress?
I like to have “me” time. Where I literally put my phone away maybe grab a book or just binge watch some TV. I'm not one to typically sit still and relax so moments like these are huge for me.

What is your favorite workout?
I love lifting weights and not so much cardio but I find that Plyo type workouts that involve cardio and body weight movements are my favorite.
Do you have anything you routinely do every day to get your mind in the right place?
I read personal development or listen to podcast. I can tell when I don’t do this because my mind set can be off.
What are some of your favorite books/inspirational people that have helped inspire you?
My favorite personal development book I have read was Girl Code by Cara Alwill Leyba.
Having your own business/running a business can consume your life – how do you make time for you?

Its really a balancing a game, having a full time job, owning a business and being a wife can really take up your time. Its about taking advantage of little pockets of time and getting stuff done and making sure you are still spending time with family and friends. Some nights are no TV and others are just putting my phone away and relaxing with my husband and two dogs.
Do you have a “go to” healthy meal plan?
I love making stuffed spaghetti squash and healthier pizzas!

I believe healthy eating doesn’t have to
be b o r i n g.
What is your favorite kitchen tool?
I have two! I love my nutriullet blender I use it everyday and I also have a spiralizer to make any veggies into noodles. It’s a fun and different way to get your veggies.
What is your favorite healthy snack?
I love bell peppers and hummus. HEB hummus is definitely my favorite!
Do you set goals? What is the best way you have found to make sure you get things done in a timely manner?
Yes I do! I believe its important to always be pushing yourself whether it a little goal or big goal Im working towards.
Do you treat yourself when you have accomplished something? If so, in what way?
I love to get new gym clothes. I feel like this gets me motivated to workout.
